Joining is free. Any applicable terms are communicated at activation based on your territory and market.

03How do wholesale pricing and margins work?+

You get wholesale pricing and set your own resale price. Exact tiers are confirmed at activation, based on your volume and territory.

04What is the resupply lead time?+

Most products are ordered to specification and delivered in 3 to 4 weeks. You build your stock and serve your customers; shipping is confirmed with each order.

05How does payment work?+

By credit card online, or under agreed account terms. Prices are shown in CAD, excluding taxes and shipping.

06Are the products certified for the Canadian market?+

The PQ and PX series are CSA and UL certified for the North American market. The rest of the range is ATEX certified (SIL2 and MED/Marine optional on the PQ and PX series). Contact us for the availability of a specific model.

07What warranty covers the products I resell?+

Every unit is covered by the Prosense manufacturer's warranty. We handle claims with you, locally. Your customers are never left without recourse.

08Do you provide technical support to my customers?+

Yes. Our application engineer backs you pre-sale (unit selection) and post-sale (commissioning, parts), in French or English.

09Can I sell outside the territory?+

The program covers Ontario, Québec and the Atlantic provinces. For needs outside the territory, contact us and we'll assess together.
