The program is for companies and industrial buyers in Eastern Canada: Ontario, Québec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador. A valid business address is required.
04What is the delivery time?+
Most products are ordered to specification and delivered in 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping is not included in listed prices - our team calculates and confirms it with your order.
05How does payment work?+

06Are your detectors certified for hazardous areas?+
The PQ and PX series are CSA and UL certified for the North American market. The rest of the range is ATEX certified (SIL2 and MED/Marine optional on the PQ and PX series). Contact us for the availability of a specific model.

Every unit is covered by the Prosense manufacturer's warranty. As the official distributor, we handle the claim for you, locally, in French or English.
