We validate your application and activate your web store access within 48 business hours. You then receive your credentials by email.

02Are there any fees or a minimum order?+

Opening an account is free and carries no commitment. Any minimum order terms are communicated at activation based on your industry.

03Who can open a client account?+

The program is for companies and industrial buyers from Ontario to the East Coast: Ontario, Québec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador. A valid business address is required.

04What is the delivery time?+

Most products are ordered to specification and delivered in 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping is not included in listed prices - our team calculates and confirms it with your order.

05How does payment work?+

You pay by credit card online at the time of order. Prices are shown in CAD, excluding taxes and shipping.

06Are your detectors certified for hazardous areas?+

The PQ and PX series are CSA and UL certified for the North American market. The rest of the range is ATEX certified (SIL2 and MED/Marine optional on the PQ and PX series). Contact us for the availability of a specific model.

07What warranty coverage do I get?+

Every unit is covered by the Prosense manufacturer's warranty. As the official distributor, we handle the claim for you, locally, in French or English.

08How do I know which gas to monitor?+

It depends on your process and hazard zones. Our application engineer helps you define the list of gases and the number of detection points required.

09Do you provide support and spare parts?+

Yes. We offer technical support, replacement sensors and spare parts, with a dedicated contact assigned to your account.
